Full payment is due 30 days following the original invoice date or before the conference opening date, whichever date is earlier. Payments are handled by Twelve Conferences and Events on behalf of NZNO.
To set up Twelve as a supplier, please contact them directly. Credit or debit card payments incur a processing surcharge – 3% domestic (NZ) cards; 3.75% American Express or international cards and will appear on your statement as Twelve Conferences + Events.
Refunds, Substitutions and Cancellations
To cancel your registration, email Twelve Conferences. Cancellations received up to and including 15 July 2026, will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $50 + GST fee. From 16 July 2026, cancellations are non-refundable unless approved by NZNO.
You may transfer your registration to another person; please email the replacement’s name and contact details. Fee differences for differing registration types may apply.
